I was able to setup access to a unit online with no problem. Once I completed filling in my information I received my unit number and access code. I made entry on the day I scheduled my move in date with no issues.

Great, store manager very professional. Wanted to know if units were cleaned. Wanted to make sure locking system wasn't damaged. She also made sure I had locks, needed boxes, wraps, moving blankets, etc.Because of Ms.Shi'Rita I rented out 2 more units for household units until we move. Your place is out of the way, her customer service skills made me say " it's worth going out the way". Thanks
