I had an easy time getting the storage and that was the best part. The price was perfect also. I have been moving my stuff for the past 3 days and for that part of moving to be easy was definitely the icing on the cake. I had some issues and called after hours and a guy name Steve I believe was so helpful and nice. He wouldn’t get off the phone with me until he knew I was safe in the empty building. He had so much patience and compassion for me. He is definitely a star and the thought of y’all losing him ever would be a tragedy. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Very Clean. The outside of the Units are Very Well Lit at night EXCEPT for those on the very Back side. None of the Street Lights are on and There are no lights on the outside of the building like all the rest of the buildings have. It is quite dark back there. This is not nice when you have to go to the unit at night.

If you are looking to rent a storage unit, this is the place to do so! I had a terrible experience with a newer facility down the road. (Life Storage) So when I came across the hospitality, security and the cleanliness of SafeNest, I knew it was a great fit.Xavier was extremely helpful and patient with us. So far, everyone has been most gracious! I am out of town, moving down to Charlotte and I left a message to be called back from a manager for the extra questions I had and she helped me get everything squared away over the phone! It was so nice to be able to speak with a person, as I had never rented a storage unit and was moving from a four bedroom house downsizing and she lead me through the process very quickly! They have been most accommodating, even having a manager call me to mention my garage door wasn’t working properly, so they were giving me a new location!

My initial visit to your office was very nice. Natosha Turnbow was very professional and inquired about our needs and what would work best for us. The facility is immaculate and well structured with tons of video security.So now my experience.....I came in on a Friday and requested a Sunday move-in date. All was granted; paperwork signed and payment provided. Come Sunday......the unit chosen by me was locked. I had rented a truck for a few hours to load at home and unload at the storage unit, so now I'm confused. I make a call to the help line @3:25 PM and was advised that a manager/team member would be calling me back. I waited and there was no call back. I went home and called back @ 4:44 PM. This time the customer service provider inquired about the situation and had a manager call me back at 5:04 PM. I spoke with Misty, who was also very professional and understanding. She advised me to choose a new unit that was open and hopefully near the one I had chosen. I went back to the storage unit and found a unit near my chosen unit and moved my stuff in. Misty called me back the next day to inquire if I had found a new unit and advised me of the issue with my chosen unit. All fixed in the end.So far I did have an issue and it was resolved. I would suggest having the customer service representative (the initial CSR) be more engaging and follow-up to ensure the issue(s) was/were handled.
