We were tenants for 3 years and saw our prices increase drastically. Our unit had a leak somewhere as all of our dressers, nightstands, and hutches has mold and rot on the bottom of them. Our king and queen mattress were ruined as well. We ended up having to replace all of them. It was also concerning that the gate has been inoperable for months now with no anticipated fix date.

I moved in back in January and the the security gate has only worked about two weeks since then and the fence in front was knocked down about 4 months ago and still has not been repaired and only about half of the time is there anyone there and I am paying almost 300 a month and I like that it is close to where I live but I feel like I am grossly overpaying for the no security and no one their and the gate is wide open and the fence down . Just don’t have that good feeling. For the amount I am paying I don’t fell it is a good value. I have complained several times but for months no repairs have been made.

Nathan and Alicia are both amazing and super helpful here. I spoke with Alicia a handful of times on the phone before my cross country move. We coordinated which location, size of unit, and different price options would be best for what I'm looking for. She was extremely helpful and even though she is only a few weeks into this position knew exactly what she was talking about. I went in today and Nathan was there ready to help with everything. He showed me different units and gave great options. He was super knowledgable with the paperwork and answered all of my lame questions with grace. Great teamwork and I appreciate the professionalism from both of you.

The steep part of the gravel access road needs to be paved desperately. Massage me inconvenient, it damages the items in my truck, and it’s also a dangerous exit from the gravel to the pavement.Otherwise, I love the way the doors work and the service rep is top notch.

I stopped by in January to look at a unit based on the cleanliness I decided to go elsewhere, I drove by again today since the name has changed I figured let me see if it has gotten any better ( I am moving to an apartment in august and it’s very close to the storage facility). I’m so glad I stopped in, the office itself let me know the facility has become well maintained. Ashley was great she showed me around I had told her about my last experience and she wanted to insure me I would be pleased and I was! So I made my reservation for august. Keep up the awesome work Ashley!

Fairview self storage was a great solution when we moved back to Asheville and were temporarily living in a smaller house. The facility was clean, secure and well lighted. Taylor, the manager, was excellent.

Fairview Self-Storage Depot is exceedingly clean, a testament to the manager's detail-oriented style. The manager, Taylor, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have UHaul equipment for rent and also sell an assortment of moving/storage supplies.

You will never find a more helpful manager in a storage facility. Taylor will spend the time to find exactly what you need at the best possible rate. He has the patience to deal with anyone. He is conscientious and careful to get the order in the computer correct especially with changes in needs. Their software tech support was extremely helpful as well.

I recently moved to Asheville and had the semi truck to deliver belongs to a storage unit because the semi truck could not deliver items directly to my home. The manager was very helpful in arranging the right size & location of unit. This storage is very clean. I felt my belongings were safe in a gated storage unit.

Outstanding! I’ve stored items in many different facilities in various states but this one was by far the nicest place. The facility is so clean and Taylor, the manager, is super helpful—so responsive to all my questions.We were originally going to go to one of the newer storage facilities on Bleachery Road, but noticed there would be vehicles waiting to get close to the climate storage door. Once we realized that, we immediately rented our units at Fairview Self Storage Depot. We have never had to wait to get into our units.Upon our departure, our Atlas Van Lines was able to park the tractor trailer along the road while loading so we didn’t need a separate shuttle truck. You can’t beat this place if you need a storage facility.

My family had a good experience renting a unit from Fairview Self-Storage. The facility is always clean, safe, and secure. It is more expensive than some units I've seen, and the rental price did increase on us a few times, but overall I would recommend it if you're looking for a secure facility with a friendly, helpful manager.

He made sure my door opened well and that I understood the key pad et.I loved where my unit was. Had a great experience with these folks. I needed storage immediately and Jordon was fantastic. Got me set up in 15 minutes, sold me a lock and my car was unloaded within the hour and i was off on an emergency trip. The facility is really clean and the people are really nice and easy to work with.
