SafeNest storage was close by and I needed a spot in a hurry as I’d sold my house and the moving truck was coming….Will, this facilities’ Operations Manager, has been a Real blessing! His positive attitude and professionalism went above expectations in these dyer times! It is obvious he has a great work ethic.When we were told by our HOA that we had to move our Trailer, a few days later, Will was there again to help! We rented another spot and Will even went into the unit first and made sure it was swept out and clean! Our lock unfortunately didn’t fit ( too large to go in the slots) and while we had another at home to use, Will was so kind to loan us his own personal lock so our stuff could be secured until we could get back and replace his lock.Thank you Will, and SafeNest Storage on 450 Naples Rd, Hville, NCShould I have anyone ask about where to store their items, I’d STRONGLY recommend this facility! 10 🌟’s out of 5

My husband and i have used SafeNest storage in Hendersonville for the past 4 years. Customer service has been exceptional especially recently.Thanks to the manager, Will.Family dynamics had changed and the responsibility of the unit became mine.Will was friendly, patient, and aware of my situation. It has been an ongoing battle with my movers delivering my goods to the storage unit. Safe Nest employees have been amazing at dealing with me and being very understanding about it all and it has been greatly appreciated being treated with respect versus with disrespect like I have been with my moving company . It has been a breath of fresh air for sure so thank you very much!

When I needed a storage until so many others were full and office staff at those units were not so helpful. Your staff was so helpful and friendly. You made me feel secure in my choice.Construction by your facility makes it difficult to access your storage units but that is not your staffs fault. They are always kind.

Had a great time getting a unit it. The online site worked well to reserve a unit and I came in the same day day to sign the lease and all the paper work was ready to go when I got there.Great service and the facility looked great no concerns about safety of my belongings.Great price to and they were really friendly, I highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

I stored my belongings here for a year. Dennis, the manager, is super nice and responsive. It is clean and I had no issues with water or anything. I highly recommend. Everything was handled and communicated in a timely manner with my move in and my move out. Conveneient location to Fletcher, Naples, Mountain Home and Hendersonville, just a hop, skip and a jump off of Hendersonville Road. 🙂

Great place to store all the stuff from when we moved, had it there two years and never had any issues with anything. I had a climate control unit in the larger size so it added a little cost but that was my choice. Dennis is a great person to work with, always friendly and professional.

This is a great place to store your stuff! Dennis is the manager and has been for like 7 or 8 years. He is the nicest, most helpful person and sees to it that the place is kept in near perfect, if not perfect condition. I moved in from out of state and I am so glad that I chose A Self-Storage, and I did it over the phone because of the great comments. I am happy to confirm all of the positive comments.
