WOW!This company never ceases to amaze me.I'm not sure what they are doing in their employee selection process, but whatever it is WORKS!I rented a storage unit at another location this week (Also Top Notch) and today I reserved a U-Haul from this location.From the time I contacted Safe Nest Storage in Huntersville, I was greeted with courteous and professional service!Bill was extremely thorough and informative during the entire process, giving me much needed peace of mind.Moving is such a stressful task, but he went above and beyond my making sure I had all of the supplies I needed, and his general sense of caring and compassion was more than I could ever ask for.I am confident that Safe Nest Storage facilities are the best choice for anyone needing Storage, Moving supplies, Truck rental AND they even have awesome connections for Movers at rates far better than I could find anywhere else.Go see Bill at Safe Nest Storage in Huntersville, you will be glad you did!

Don't have a ton of experience with U Haul but I can tell you that my experience with this location was fantastic. Looked online but had some questions so I called and Montana booked me a Sprinter Type van for 48 hours. This thing was brand spanking new. Like 120 total miles new. What a wonderful driving experience. This thing drove like a sedan. I've driven cargo vans [even owned one] but this rented vehicle was far superior. Unbelievably comfortable captains chair. Backup camera. Be prepared for contactless picking up. Need a cell phone. 24/7 pickup and dropoff with the app! I have lived in Huntersville for decades. Had no idea this location existed and it was within walking distance of my home. Autumn and Montana were great to work with!

The place back in Texas I rented the uhual from did crazy town paperwork we didn't realize until we dropped off our uhaul here. The ladies are pros and quickly fixed the mess. If you want you prefer some correctly, order it here. Super friendly and professional staff too.

This is an extremely well run business. My family has rented multiple storage units, trucks and trailers and have never had one problem. All personel are very friendly and often give good advice regarding resources such as contact information for moving laborers, supplies, correct moving equipment, etc.

I have rented with them for over 6 years. Upon removing my storage, the employee acted like I was wasting his time. He was already outside helping another customer, when he finished I asked him a question. He walked away and said I had to call the office before he would help me. He managed to ruin my opinion of the place.

Usually pretty easy to work with when your on a budget. Friendly and courtesy. I have been with them since 2012. The only problem I had was a rodent problem at one time but manager took care of that. ( this can happen when storage is outside)

We used Town and Country Storage when we moved to the area. It was a great location with an easy in and out. During our move we had large boxes shipped to the area and T&C was very accommodating to allow us to store these boxes on site for a short period of time. The staff is always helpful, however the office does get busy on the weekends.
