Meghan was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the door at your establishment, as well as on the phone when I called prior to coming in. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to me in choosing which unit would fit my needs whether it be inside or out. She allowed me to walk to the unit to look at it which gave me a better visual to make sure I can fit all my belongings inside that I need to store away. All-in-all I give her 5 stars for making it easy and comfortable with reasonable pricing. I would definitely refer my friends if they are ever in need of storage as well as return myself if I need storage again in the future after I'm done storing this time

Staff was very friendly and quick to respond. When I was moving out at the end of the month, my auto pay charged me for the following month. I called And explained that i was Moving out on the last day of the month and they refunded me for the following month. Facility was always clean and easy to access. Highly recommend.

We had to find last minute outdoor storage and Mooresville Self Storage was the only place with available space. James has been very polite, helpful, and accommodating every time I have called! Highly recommend!

Rented a pickup for 1/2 day. No complaints. All happened according to plan; smooth as glass. However, please watch out. The front parking area is cramped!!

Very easy to rent a unit online very simple process. When I got to the building it was extremely clean well kept, very impressed with everything. No complaints and I feel comfortable about leaving my things there. Absolutely recommend if you need a storage building.

Super friendly and amazingly affordable. Right off the bat I told them I am a teacher. They immediately offered assistance in choosing a storage unit closer to the door for ease of unloading. The girls that work there are awesome. Keep the place very clean.and if we had a question they answered very fast. And in the office they have snacks and drinks and coffee for free..no one gives anything for free...and if you are a senior they give you a discount ...I would use them again and will recommen them.
