The unit they suggested was perfect and the climate control is so nice. I went in dreading it,I hated every trip I had to make! When I first got there I was as a mess. Moving quickly from a long term marriage. I met Larissa and Cathy whom work there, I left satisfied with the service and every time I see them they still put a a smile on my face. Thank you ladies.

I needed a place where I could store products for my start-up business. This facility was my first and only choice because it looks secure, clean, and there were storage units of various sizes and amenities to choose from. The location is easily accessible, convenient and it's very well-monitored via security cameras and the managers making their rounds on a daily basis. Troy & Kathy both do a phenomenal job managing this storage facility and they're customer-service oriented. I wouldn't say this facility's rates are pricey because I thought the rates are fair; but wherever you decide to store your belongings, you'll get what you pay for!

Been at SafeNest almost a year!All I can say is this location is one of the best locations in Sherrells Ford!Troy @ the team has been extremely helpful and courteous, the facility is updated and clean everyday. I feel confident and “safe” leaving my prize possession there especially with the security they provide.Can’t say how thankful enough for finding this location!Thanks Troy and his team for always answering my questions or concerns when I need them! 👍🏻For those of you looking for secure, clean and courteous spot to rent this is definitely the spot to be in.

Troy really helped us to get started with storage when we sold our home. He made sure we got the right size storage area. The facility is always clean and easy to access. I always felt safe accessing my storage, even after hours. It’s well protected because of the gated entrance. Whenever I had any questions, Troy always answered my questions even after closing. I would definitely recommend this facility, especially the climate control ones. I knew all my contents would be protected.

I'm only giving it a three because I think it's on the expensive side. Not to mention you have to be careful driving to your unit as there are no stop signs, right of ways or anything of the such. However, the people in the office are very accommodating, the facility is really clean and the ground are well kept.

Had to store 2 pianos and a few other large pieces of furniture. We needed a climate controlled units big enough for all these items. This location was the only one that had what we needed. The process to rent was easy and fast. All employees were very kind and helpful.

The team at SafeNest provided excellent service in helping us with a storage unit. The office was organized. Had boxes and wrapping for moving. The property was immaculate. The location was convenient and we are able to drive right to the storage door- no elevators or trying to maneuver around tight corners. They were friendly and really took care to get us the best size and location we needed. Highly recommend this location!

These people are so nice. The facility is new, so it’s also very nice and clean. The manager, troy, was awesome when I was having a hard time making payments. He’s very nice and also very good with dogs. Although he was very persistent about collecting what I owed, he never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed. I finally got caught up a few days ago. Overall, I’d say safenest in sherrills Ford is professional, kind, and not crazy expensive.

Troy is hands down one of the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered. After a long day of getting our RV ready for storage, our original storage space was given away to someone else at a different facility. In a panic we called Troy at SafeNest and he came to our rescue. Not only did he find a space for our large RV last minute, we ran into a dead battery when disconnecting from the truck. He pulled his truck around to give our RV battery some juice so we could disconnect safely. He provided us some cold water as it was really hot that day. Thank you for everything Troy! The facility is nice, safe, & clean. Easy to get to and easy to get out of. I don’t leave many reviews, but due to Troy’s kindness and help, he & SafeNest deserve a great review.

Good experience with SafeNest Storage with Rental of Five (5) Separate Units from Spring 2019 thru Spring 2021; everything was as expected and happened as instructed by the agents. Only issue was that the facility in Sherrills Ford, NC on Hwy NC-150 does not have a public restroom nor even a Porta-Toilet (very inconvenient issue).

Danielle made it very easy to select a unit and arrange for leasing it. I had called and let her know what we wanted, she explained everything, and we decided to stop at the facility. Once we arrived, without our asking, she apparently realized that as an elderly couple we needed a unit with especially easy access - so she chose another unit for us. It is perfect.
